When I found out I was pregnant and told my friends, I was recommended Julie and I haven’t looked back. 

I am not a yogi or at least I didn’t think I was. I have done multiple online pregnancy yoga courses with Julie now and I definitely believe that these classes have kept my back and core strong and supple throughout the whole pregnancy.  The structure of the class is perfect: a small bit of chat to get started which allows time for us pregnant ladies to ask Julie and other fellow pregnant ladies advice or tips and then into very well taught and explained movements.  I would most definitely recommend Julie’s pregnancy yoga course to friends.
