I started attending Julie’s online yoga classes back in March 2020 and without them I’m not sure how I would have navigated the first lockdown.

As I am a complete beginner to yoga I found her classes a perfect mix of physically challenging but also she taught me how to slow down and become more in tune with my body and mind. Physically the classes made me feel strong and mentally they also provided me with a greater sense of balance which has helped me both on and off the hockey pitch. A very welcoming and friendly environment, couldn’t recommend any more!
