I cannot say how much Julie’s classes helped me both physically and mentally!

I started going to Julie’s yoga classes a few years ago. I was in a bad way physically after pregnancy related pelvic issues and going through a lot personally at the time also. I cannot say how much Julie’s classes helped me both physically and mentally! Not only have we had a 3rd baby but I am also now able to run and play with our 3 very busy boys!

Julie has a great passion for what she does and this is very evident in the way that she teaches. She has a great way of anticipating what parts of me are possibly not doing what they should be doing-whether in class or virtually! Julie is very focused on getting the poses right to get the most out of your practice and at encouraging you to keep going.

Julie is very sincere and displays genuine concern for the overall wellness of others. I am so grateful to have found her!!
