YOGA FLOW

A vinyasa based practice designed to stretch out the body whilst building strength and increasing flexibility. If you aren’t sure what vinyasa means- don’t worry It’s a fancy way of saying linking movement to breath. As we move through the sequence we learn to use the breath to go deeper into the poses. My style allows you to have a bit of fun with your flow and helps you to learn how to challenge your body in the best way for you.

Learn how your body should feel in every pose, when to push yourself and when to ease off. These classes will help you build strength, flexibility and muscle tone.

PREGNANCY YOGA

An absolute must for any pregnant woman. These classes are very different to a regular yoga flow class. Designed to build strength through the body to help you during pregnancy and to prepare for labour, through movement, breathing techniques and pelvic floor exercises. Working through any pregnancy related issues to help release new pain and find ways to get more comfortable as your little one grows. A beautiful way to take time for yourself and to connect with your baby.

These classes are designed to help you tone up, build strength and release tension throughout the body.
This is a 4 week programme with 2 x 20min classes per week. The classes are live but you will also receive the recording straight after class so you can do them in your own time when your little one naps or when you manage to carve out some time for yourself.

It can be so hard to find the time to slow down and check in on ourselves- this class provides the space for you to check in on yourself while using various breathing and meditation techniques to help you switch off and reconnect with yourself. This is a pre recorded class so you can do it as many times as you like during the week at times that work best for you.
