I wanted to design a programme specifically for mums which not only helps you feel good about yourself but works around your busy time schedules and helps you really make the most of your time. It is also suitable in pregnancy.
This is a 4 week programme with 2 x 20min classes per week. You can do the classes in your own time when your little one naps or when you manage to carve out some time for yourself. One of the classes will be live each week, Mondays’ at 11.00, as I know sometimes it’s easier to motivate yourself when you have to hold yourself accountable to a time but this class will also be recorded so whether you make it live or not you will receive 2 x recordings each week and they will be active for the full week.
Throughout the programme we will work on the whole body:
- Building strength
- Regaining muscle tone
- Increasing stamina
- Increasing flexibility
- Easing tightness
- Breathing techniques
All you need is a mat (or a non slip comfortable surface) – there will be optional equipment used throughout the course but you don’t need to buy any special equipment. We can substitute hand weights for tins of tomatoes or small bottles of water for example- whatever you have in the cupboard.
2 classes per week over 4 weeks. The next course starts 24th May.
