A lovely way to interact with your little one while getting some movement for yourself Mama. We will build strength through the body and work with any post natal issues or concerns you may have. Getting back to movement can be intimidating and scary as a new mum but these classes are the perfect way to get moving safely, do something fun with your little one whilst helping them develop a range of skills through movement.
